Terms & Conditions

1. We always try to give the latest price. But for the latest price, we recommend contacting us to get the latest prices. Prices can change at any time without prior notice.
2. Goods will be sent as soon as we receive your payment. The delivery time depends on destination. For shipping we use TIKI courier service.
3. Order will be valid, if your payment has been entered into our bank account.
4. For purchase "Pre Order Item" Orders will be processed on the same day we receive your payment. Order process takes approximately three to four weeks before the goods are ready for us to send.
5. Goods purchased can not be returned or exchanged for other goods, unless there is agreement beforehand.
   * Special products are "Pre Order Item" not refundable or exchangeable with other goods for any reason.
6. In the event of product returns (with prior appointment) postage refund / exchange of products covered by the buyer and the return time is not more than 7 (seven) days.
7. Prices we provide through direct confirmation either through the website, SMS or call is the fix and the best price we can give, no bargain discount prices beyond existing provisions.
